Q: What do you charge for shipping?

Tonneau Covers Warehouse, unlike our competitors, NEVER charges for shipping your cover.

Q: What shipping options are available?

Online orders will be shipped via FedEx or UPS. However, large items including one piece covers such as Undercover will be shipped via freight. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

We do ship outside of the USA. Please email us for a shipping quote.

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?

Shipping delay can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email.

During the holiday season shipping delivery may vary.

Q: Is there a cost on returns?

If an item needs to be returned the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

Q: Return and Exchange Fees

If you’d like to exchange something from your order, there are no fees, except for your shipping cost back to us.. For returns, we will accept them and charge you a 15% restocking fee on tonneau covers. Once the product is returned and inspected, you will receive a refund, minus the restocking fee. The product must be in new condition to be returned. No returns will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
